Fish Innovation Lab Management Entity

Fish and other aquatic animal foods provide a critical source of nutrients to combat stunting and hidden hunger globally. Essential nutrients found in fish include zinc, iron, iodine, and vitamins A and B12 which are the cause of millions of micronutrient deficiencies worldwide. The Fish Innovation Lab (FIL) aims to promote the sustainable and equitable provision of fish to improve health and nutrition in vulnerable populations. The FIL leads a variety of research projects focused on advancing the productivity of fish production systems and improving nutrition, economic opportunity, and resilience outcomes globally.  The E3 Nutrition Lab is part of the Management Entity for FIL, serving as the nutrition cross-cutting lead.
